Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

All of our subscription plans start with the next issue of Mount Carmel, paid in advance. After that, we charge your credit or debit card about one month prior to release of every new issue (four per year). Your subscription keeps going until you cancel or your credit or debit card expires. You’re in full control through your account to which you get access after your order.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, there is no minimum time period. When you subscribe you always pay for the next issue in advance and are then charged on a per-issue basis. At any time, you can change your subscription tier/period or cancel your subscription through your Mount Carmel account (check the email you receive after ordering).

When do I get my supporter gift?

Our little ‘thank you’ gift is automatically sent out with the third issue of your subscription (after one year) – unless you’ve changed to a subscription tier that doesn’t include a supporter gift

Ordering/Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the EU usually takes 2-7 working days, to North America and Australia 7-15 working days, and sometimes longer to the rest of the world.

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide shipping is already included in all prices shown on our website.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct. If your language doesn’t use the Latin alphabet, please email us your address in Latin alphabet characters after your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping and billing details until the order has fully shipped. Simply click on the link provided in our order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you offer?

At the end of the checkout you can choose between paying with credit or debit card or PayPal. Due to the way our subscriptions work, PayPal is not available for ongoing subscription plans.

Is there a digital version of the magazine?

Yes, there is a digital version.

How often do you publish new issues?

We do have a fixed schedule. We publish a new issue every three months (so that’s four per year). As a subscriber you’ll automatically receive every new issue as soon as it’s released.

Can I contribute to the next issue?

Maybe. Please check our contact page for more info on submissions.

Where can I buy Mount Carmel?

The easiest way to get hold of a copy is to order it online or visit one of the following retailers. Feel free to suggest a store in your town and we’ll reach out to them.

Can I become a stockist?

Yes. If you own a book store or run a co-working space you can become an official Mount Carmel stockist in your city!
